If TVTonic fails to load, here are some tips:

Did you install TVTonic? In order to use TVTonic, you must first install it. Click here to install TVTonic.
Did you activate TVTonic? In order to use TVTonic, you must first activate the software. Click here to activate TVTonic.
Do you see the Information Bar? Please click it and select "Run ActiveX Control" (you may need to do this more than once).

Internet Explorer 7 users:
If you are sure TVTonic is installed, but you don't see the Information Bar at the top of the page, you may need to manually enable the TVTonic Add-ons. Click to show instructions.
Step 1:
Do not leave this page. Go to Tools -> Manage Add-ons -> Enable or Disable Add-ons.

Step 2:
In the resulting pop-up. Choose "show: Add-ons currently loaded in Internet Explorer."

In the resulting list, enable these Add-ons:

• CHostMgr Object
• Wavexpress File System
• Wavexpress Web Control

To do this, highlight each add-on in the menu and then select the 'Enable' radio button in the Settings section below. Then select 'OK.'
