Upgrading From Older Versions of TVTonic

You may want to print these instructions before continuing.

  1. Uninstall your TVTonic 2.x installation.
    IMPORTANT: Be sure to select "KEEP ACCOUNT" when uninstalling.
    1. Go to your "Start" menu.
    2. Select "Programs" or "All Programs," then "TVTonic," and then "Uninstall TVTonic."
    3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
    4. Reminder: Select "KEEP ACCOUNT" when provided with the option to close or keep account.
    5. If you are having trouble following these instructions, perhaps you need to uninstall TVTonic version 3. See these instructions for uninstalling TVTonic versions 3.
  2. After you have uninstalled, you're ready to install the new TVTonic 3.
    1. Go to the TVTonic install page (www.tvtonic.com/install).
    2. Click the install button and follow the instructions.
